Q: Totes are always sold out. How can I order a custom Tote?

A: Totes are handmade and a preorder item. Inventory is limited. We update listings as soon as we have available inventory. Totes sell out extremely fast. Please send us an email with your purchase request. (Include: size of tote, Toddler/OntheGo/Carryall, and lining choice if you already have one in mind.) We can check upcoming availability and create a personal listing for you to use to checkout. Once listing is created payment is due. Spots are not held and listing is deleted after 24 hours if not paid.

Q: What is the turn around time for shipping if I purchase from your site?

A: All items posted on this site are ready to ship items unless stated otherwise. So you can expect your item to be shipped out within 2-3 Business days from the day of purchase. Paypal sends you your tracking confirmation directly once your shipping label has been created. Please allow 24hrs for Post Office to update your tracking information.

Q: What is a pre-order? When will I receive my item?

A: When an item is NOT in stock. Occasionally we will open up a Pre-Order on apparel. That is when you can purchase the item 'now', and we will ship as soon as the item arrives back in stock. Usually 10-14 Business days after payment is received. (Tote Preorders take approx 4 weeks to ship)

Q: Do you except returns?

A: No. All sales are final. Please double check measurements/ sizing info and recommendations listed prior to making a purchase. You may also feel free to email us before making a purchase if you'd like. If you are on the fence, we suggest sizing up. 

Q: How much is shiping?

A: Shipping within the US is $3 flat rate (tracking included) per entire order UNLESS you order adult crews or mommy n me bundles, or  Toddler Tote/OntheGo Tote. Adult crews/bundles ship for approx $6 at check out and Toddler Totes ship priority (including tracking & insurance) for an additional $6.10 flat rate within the US. OnTheGo Totes, The JUNIOR Tote,TheCarryAll Tote, and the BabyBag each ship priority for an additional $12 flat rate U.S. (includes tracking and insurance) 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes. We will ship anywhere. Int'l shipping is $8 at checkout for 1 item and $1 per additional item (not including Totes) If you are an international customer please contact us via email to further inquire if you do not see pricing for your location during checkout. 

Q: I am not in the U.S. and want to pre-order a Tote, but I do not see the international shipping as an option at checkout. How can I place an order before they are sold out again?

A: International rates vary. Totes are shipped Priority only and your territory will determine your additional shipping cost. Toddler size ships for approx $26-$42 to most international locations. OntheGo, TheCarryall, and TheBabyBag ship for approx. $56 to most international locations. You may checkout using US shipping and then you will be invoiced for the difference after you purchase. That way you can secure your slot for a Tote. Failure to pay the difference in shipping will result in your item not being made or shipped. Delivery Time is approx 4-5 weeks + shipping time.
